Who we are

I Know Medicare is a locally owned, independent insurance agency at 28 Weems Lane in Winchester, Virginia. We help people turning 65 and people already on Medicare understand their Medicare and Social Security choices with confidence — explaining every part in clear, easy-to-understand terms.

Because we're independent, we aren't tied to any single insurance company. We compare plans across many carriers and recommend what actually fits your doctors, prescriptions, and budget. And because our help is paid for by the carriers, it costs you nothing and never changes your premium.
